Ingredients - Pâte sablée, (shortcrust) rolled to 1/8 in (3 mm) - Pralines roses — amount as desired - Heavy cream — same weight as pralines (or 50% crème fraîche + 50% mascarpone) - Pinch of salt - Splash of lemon juice - Optional: a drop of red food coloring Method 1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line individual tart pans or a single tart pan with the rolled pâte sablée. Blind-bake for 25
