So this is a technical issue and not really fraud or anything like that. And I have for a long time had problems with it.When you make a card transaction, they authorize the amount immediately, but they settle after about 2 days. Immediately though, that amount is no longer available, so your available balance goes down. The problem here, is that, the bank doesn't use your actual transaction date, they tend to use the final settlement date.With Stanbic for eg you'll wake up and see notifications
