𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 In 2025, the Baguio City Public Library (BCPL) continued to grow as a dynamic hub for learning, information access and community engagement.
