Hiking the West Highland Way in winter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Day 2 Today we hiked 20 miles from Drymen to Rowchoish bothy… The scenery was unbelievable and the hiking was great, nice track with a few good hills… Temperatures are around freezing at the moment but the forecast is saying it’s going to drop well in to the minuses at night soon ❄️🏕️ | Sam Culley

Day 5 of the West Highland Way! Tyndrum to the King’s house, 49000 steps and 19 miles closer to our goal. This was one of our favourite days so far, a nice breeze to keep the midges at bay, hardly a drop of rain and some stunning scenery. I’m just glad we got the tent up before it started chucking it down.
