The making of a giant representation of a Chardonnay leaf by Vik Muniz, Ruinart’s Artist for 2019, was no small feat. Composed of leaves, shoots, and bunches from the Sillery vineyards, the work was created in a Unesco World Heritage chalk cellar in Reims.
