Day 20- Sand Branch, TX The Water for Sand Branch Coalition was founded in 2023 to make sure residents were centered in the pursuit of permanent water and sewer. We had monthly meetings for over a year to make sure that the approach we’re pursuing is what the residents want. Day 22- Sand Branch, TX Heirship issues. Our primary goal is to bring permanent water and sewer to the area along with revitalization. In the process, there are many other immediate needs.
