Juan Hernandez was arrested last week after the Limestone County Department of Human Resources was notified that a child under the age of 10 had been raped.

Monica Bishop, who works for YesCare,was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, promoting prison contraband 1st, possession of marijuana 1st, and unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
