PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Much of southern Arizona, including the Phoenix metro area and Tucson, are under a heat warning for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Our First Alert forecast shows high temperatures in the range of 110-114 degrees for those three days around the Valley.
Bottom line: Rain and storm chances will be climbing heading into the weekend. While severe weather doesn’t appear likely, heavy rainfall and localized flooding will be something to watch. Be sure to download the WBRC First Alert Weather App to track storms and receive any alerts as we move into a more unsettled pattern.
