Forecasters in Southern California expect to issue a 'particularly dangerous situation' red flag warning for the coming week as the Santa Ana wind forecast worsens.

The fire — which erupted near Castaic Lake in Los Angeles County, north of Santa Clarita, late Wednesday morning — has grown to over 10,000 acres.
