Thirty-three-year-old Ireal Vantrease from Bismarck is charged with reckless endangerment while intoxicated among other charges. That includes driving with a suspended license. Police say video from that night shows Vantrease nearly hitting other people with his car as well.

An 80-year-old man has died after being struck by a vehicle on Sainte-Foy Road in Quebec City on Friday afternoon, police say.

A 90-year-old woman has been seriously injured after she was hit by a van at a pedestrian crossing in Hereford. Police said the woman pedestrian suffered serious injuries, considered to be life-changing.
