Outside Lands, which takes place at Golden Gate Park from Friday, Aug. 8, to Sunday, Aug. 10, is forecast to have “comfortable” temperatures in the upper 60s, Rick Canepa, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service, told SFGATE. During the festival last year, temperatures were below average and only reached the lower to mid-60s, he said.
