SeaWorld San Diego welcomes unexpected sea lion pup The SeaWorld care team was surprised to find a pup in the pen on Wednesday morning with a sea lion they rescued Tuesday afternoon.

The sea lion can be seen slowly crossing the freeway. Crews with the SeaWorld San Diego rescue team were able to safely capture the animal with the help of the California Highway Patrol.
