Toy Australian Shepherds are up for adoption in Central Oregon after being rescued from poor living conditions, authorities said.

A total of 16 medium to large dogs were flown to Troutdale from Texas on July 31 before being transported to Oregon Humane Society shelters in Salem and Portland.
