COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State has lost another in-state defensive back to the transfer portal. Malik Hartford showed up as the No. 161 player and No. 11 safety in the 2023 class. As a freshman, he showed flashes of someone who’d one day be an impact player. Unfortunately, those flashes never turned into him finding a consistent role in later years.
