Lexington Furniture has sold products using the word Lexington since the 1960s. Lexington Home Brands has won a nearly $2.6 million verdict against Lexington Clothing Co.

Lexington Furniture also alleges that Timberlake served the notice of intent so that he could have a different business relationship or license the collection to others, according to the lawsuit.
