We’ve reached a crossroads in the Jets’ search for their next head coach and general manager. With the Lions getting unexpectedly bounced from the playoffs on Saturday, two of the top candidates on the market – offensive coordinator Ben Johnson and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn – are suddenly available to interview starting today.

New York hired Glenn, most recently the Detroit Lions defensive coordinator, as their next head coach, ahead of his scheduled in-person interview with New Orleans. It’s a five-year deal, according to league sources.
