A judge ruled today that Casey Kasem's medical care will remain in the hands of his daughter, Kerri.

The show, which once aired on more than 500 stations, an astonishing number in the pre-satellite age, had dwindled as technology and microtargeted radio formats ate away at Kasem's audience.

The location of radio personality Casey Kasem's body is unclear, a lawyer for daughter Kerri Kasem said.

Both Jean Kasem, Casey’s wife, and Kerri Kasem, his daughter, are at a medical facility in Kitsap County where the 82-year-old was taken by ambulance Sunday.
