The 2-year-old was in a parking lot at Belmont Lake State Park when they were struck and killed, police said.

At around 2:43 p.m. on Sunday, a two-year-old was hit by the vehicle at Belmont Lake State Park in the north parking lot, according to police. The child later died from their injuries.
