CHILDCARE giant ABC Learning Centres and its staffing agency 123 Careers will battle for control over 8000 staff in Queensland's Supreme Court tomorrow.

The building has room for preschool classrooms in the future. The new school, located at 123 ABC Street, replaces the old Prattville Kindergarten School that was built in the 1920s.
