The Colts waived 2023 second-rounder JuJu Brents, traded a sixth-round pick for Vikings cornerback Mekhi Blackmon and set up a Wednesday workout with former Bengals nickel Mike Hilton, hinting at the possibility of at least one more move to come.

Mang was signed as a UDFA out of Syracuse after the 2025 NFL draft. He was designated the Colts' International Pathway Player. The Indy Star's Joel Erickson reported that Mang is expected to be back on the Colts' practice squad. As a designated IPP, the Colts can carry 17 practice squad players instead of the usual 16, with Mang on an exemption.
