LeBron James entered the NBA in 2003 straight out of high school. The Cleveland Cavaliers drafted him with the No. 1 overall pick in the loaded 2003 NBA Draft, which featured Hall of Famers Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

On Tuesday, James made a major statement about his future with the Lakers and in the NBA while speaking with the Associated Press’ Jonathan Landrum Jr. “I have a lot of time to take care of my injury, my knee, the rest of my body and make sure I’m as close to 100% as possible when training camp begins in late September,” James said.

Oklahoma City was led by star forward Jalen Williams, who put up an incredible 40 points, six rebounds, and four assists on 14-of-25 shooting from the field. He knocked three of five three-pointers, being a catalyst for the offense and scoring a third of the Thunder's points.
