Gloomy weather Wednesday morning across Maryland has slowed the morning commute with areas of mist, drizzle, and fog. Spotty showers are possible during the evening.

The flooding left behind damage to homes, buildings, bridges and roadways in Allegany and Garrett counties. Gov. Wes Moore said the damage totaled to nearly $34 million.
