Critics slam White House for using a lighthearted Jet2 holiday meme in a video showing ICE deportation flights

Jess Glynne, the British singer behind the "Hold My Hand" song used in the viral Jet2 Holiday ad, is speaking out after the White House decided to join in on the trend while making light of mass deportations happening around the United States.

Jess Glynne has said she feels "sick" that the White House has used the viral Jet2holiday advert featuring her song as the audio to a video promoting deportations. The White House posted a clip on X on Wednesday showing handcuffed people being escorted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) onto a GlobalX flight.
