A career that appeared stuck in second gear took a dramatic turn on Sunday as Grace Kim produced a stunning finish to become Australia's fifth major winner in women's golf at the Evian Championship.

Grace Kim of Australia is a major champion and can't believe how it happened. She was two shots behind going to the last hole when she hit fairway metal to 2 feet for eagle to force a playoff with Jeeno Thitikul.

Grace Kim took home the first-place prize of $1.2 million, while runner-up Jeeno Thitikul banked more than $720,000.
